    My favorite flavor

Blends well, so convenient because all the boba shops are over 60 miles away. It comes out to be so much cheaper in the long run. And I've lost 8 pounds.

Product Review: Coffee-Flavored Whey Protein Shake

I’ve tried many protein shakes over the years, but this coffee-flavored whey protein drink truly stands out. The taste is rich, smooth, and surprisingly authentic — it actually feels like I’m drinking a creamy iced coffee, not just a protein supplement.

What I love the most is how it satisfies both my caffeine cravings and my post-workout nutrition needs. It blends easily with water or milk, and there’s no chalky aftertaste like some other brands. Plus, it keeps me feeling full and energized throughout the morning.

If you’re a coffee lover looking to upgrade your protein game, this one’s a must-try. Great taste, solid nutritional value, and the perfect pick-me-up. Highly recommend!

    So good

I am post gastric bypass and can’t have a lot of the foods I used to love, including a good Thai iced tea. I was massively craving it when I found this powder an could not be happier. This is probably my most used protein (and I have so many. See pictures of it coming on top lol) and will definitely become a staple. 100/10 😁

    Fast shipping authentic flavor

I ordered Saturday March 1st and received my order Friday March 7! Very fast shipping :) The flavor is authentic and I can taste the wonderful Ceylon tea, cardamom, and star anise. It’s the perfect color, texture, flavor, and nutritional profile. The boba cooks up exactly like you would expect from a boba shop. It turns black and gelatinous. The directions for how to cook out are in the website not the package. Very happy 😃 🎉

    Best flavor and best ingredients!

I have tried over 7 brands of boba tea kits in the last two years. I tried shelf stable ones, frozen ones, refrigerated ones, many different kinds from many retailers at many different prices. These were not even sugar free or protein added. This one tasted the best by far. I also got the boba and followed the directions to cook it. It tasted better than all the boba I tried. None of the other boba pearls even tasted good from other brands. I’m so happy with the quality and health factors in the ingredients! I never buy aspartame or the other fake sugars. I only buy stevia, monk fruit, or other naturally sweetened protein powders. I’m happy their not only has the healthy sweeteners but it also has real flavors! Real tea and spices! I even tried buying the spices, evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk and I was not able to achieve anything close to this authentic flavor. And I don’t have to feel guilty about it because it’s not loaded with sugar or fat and contains a good amount of protein. There’s no weird aftertaste or protein powder flavor. I used 4oz Fairlife 2% milk and 4oz water for extra creaminess and extra protein. I’m so happy. The only thing I would change is to make the plastic scoop thinner in diameter and longer to prevent spilling. I use the Aldi version of a personal size BlendJet to mix it. The diameter is almost the same size as the scoop so it’s hard not to spill. I would also change the zip lock seal which is clogged up and very hard to close (I…

    Absolutely gorgeous!

My phone camera isn’t doing the color justice, but it’s so lovely and orange which I was so surprised about since there are no artificial dyes like in the Thai tea commonly served in the States. It also doesn’t taste like turmeric imo, but I eat a ton of Indian food so that wouldn’t necessarily offend me if I got notes of turmeric. I mixed this with whole milk and it’s sooo much better this way compared to water or plant milk, but it was still pretty good with almond milk. I’ll be using regular milk though because it’s elite, lactose free babes can try with Fairlife milk. You can definitely get notes of Thai tea like the anise and black tea. For people saying the flavor isn’t strong enough, I recommend more experimentation like a good boba creator. You can totally brew black tea and steep with Thai tea aromatics, chill, and add the cooled tea to the shake. You can add a mix of milk and chilled black tea as the liquid base in your blender bottle before shaking! I think a lot of people don’t realize you can literally customize the protein powders like that to make it work for you and make it closer to your unique preferences. Boba shops usually tweak their teas this way too! I do this a lot with some of the tea flavors because I usually only order 25% sweet anyway and like stronger flavor. Get creative, people! But I digress. I always love BTP for the taste and macros. Never met a flavor I couldn’t find a way to love. I also love making these shakes for my husband who has type…

    So good

I was skeptical about this flavor, but it’ tastes great! Not what I was originally thinking the flavor would be, but I think it’s cuz it’s made with straight up real things. Would recommend.

    Scam?

I placed an order on Dec 2, 2024. I just tried to follow up today since it’s been 4 weeks and haven’t received an update since the original email confirmation and I’m told they can’t find my order?!

    Perfect Match

As a milk tea drinker lover and the need to add more protein into my diet, this was just too perfect. To make it even better, it taste just like any other Thai tea you would get a restaurant or boba shop but without the unhealthy excess sugars and added in a good amount of protein. I am looking forward to trying all the other flavors.

Unlike the taro one, mixing this with water was perfectly fine. I really enjoyed the taste, and it was exactly as advertised.

It did not taste like Thai tea and couldn’t return

This protein powder tastes like buttered popcorn, I was disappointed considering I have the Vietnamese coffee protein and it’s very good. I went to see the return policy as I had only used one scoop of the powder but I wasn’t allowed to return it if it was opened. I spent fifty dollars and now I just have a bag of protein powder sitting on the counter that I’ll never use.

    Same taste but better

I personally liked the Thai tea that people thought had too much turmeric and spices, and I acknowledge that that one was kinda spicy. This one is definitely not spicy. It's sweet and creamy like the previous version, minus the spices. I will say that this isn't exactly like a Thai tea from a boba shop -- those are EXTREMELY sweet -- so if you think of this as a Thai tea-inspired/adjacent drink, you will probably be more satisfied.
