I'm a 37 yr old deaf single mom of a 6 yr old son. I'm at moment a morbidly obese gal who can't afford the exercise equipments. I'm working on walking 15,000 steps a day (am walking over 10,000 steps right now). I'm working on a goal to walking across the US (literally). Would love any kind of help. Thanks!
