We are honoring Black History Month by encouraging parents and community members to buy and donate books to our school that feature Black characters or historical figures. We also encourage you to buy these books from a Black-owned bookstore, so we have partnered with MahoganyBooks (www.mahoganybooks.com/) in Anacostia.

Some of the books on our wishlist are available on MahoganyBooks' website. For those that are not, you can call the store and they will order it for you.
