I am a 42 year old guy from Glasgow I have now been diagnosed with kidney cancer and have to have most of my left kidney removed I am a genuine laid back guy honest but now I got to have this surgery I have no family except one aunt who stays in Florida and after my diagnosis I am feeling pretty down to say the least
